This explains what information Bonnyconnect collects and how it's used, including when you buy an event ticket.

What we collect

When you buy a ticket, we collect your name, email, and phone number to confirm your purchase and send your ticket. If you name other attendees to receive their own tickets, we collect their name, email, and phone number too, for the same purpose.

How it's used

Your details are used to confirm your purchase, send your ticket and any receipts, and let the event organizer verify entry at the door. If you opt in when checking out, an organizer may also use your email to tell you about their future events - you can opt out of this at any time.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by Paystack. Bonnyconnect never sees or stores your card details directly.

Sharing with organizers

An event's organizer can see the name, contact details, and ticket status of people who bought tickets to their event, since they need this to run the event and verify entry.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account data at any time, subject to what we're required to keep for financial record-keeping. Contact Bonnyconnect support to make this request.
